OreTrust Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-03 · Effective 3 October 2026
1. Service and status
OreTrust provides digital tools for compliance-document management, equipment discovery and booking, payment workflow support, and field verification. OreTrust is an independent service and is not a government agency, regulator, mining authority, or official government record system. Use of this service does not grant a permit, establish a mining right, or guarantee regulatory approval.
2. Accurate information
You must provide information you are authorized to submit and keep it accurate. A Cadastre number entered by a user is an identifier for review; OreTrust does not represent that it has been verified against an official government register unless an authorized verification process is explicitly shown.
3. Account security
Keep your credentials and payment PINs private. Notify the service team through Help if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access to protect accounts, records, or service integrity.
4. Availability and offline use
Some information may be cached locally or queued for later synchronization. Offline copies can be stale and queued actions are not complete until the service confirms synchronization. Do not rely on an offline screen as authoritative proof of a permit, booking, payment, or regulatory decision.
5. Payments and records
Payment initiation and status depend on the payment provider and network availability. A client-side screen is not proof of settlement. Keep relevant official receipts and records; where records conflict, confirm with the relevant provider or authority.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit forged documents, impersonate another person or official, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate applicable law. We may preserve relevant security records and investigate reports consistent with applicable law.
7. Changes and contact
Material changes will be presented for renewed consent where required. For support, use the in-app Help and feedback control. These service terms should be reviewed by qualified Zimbabwean counsel before production adoption.
